People from any discipline are welcome, including students, recent graduates, and those following another path. Applying will be free.
What do you look for?
Real work, sound judgment, and thoughtful use of AI. When applications open, we plan to review people personally and may ask for a conversation or a practical task.
Will my work be shared with a company?
Only with your permission. Candidate details and work samples will stay private until you agree to an introduction.
